The Don CeSar

The 5-star Don CeSar is one of the best-known hotels situated along with the St. Pete Beach resort. Why? Well, it’s hard not to miss its famous pink exterior and its Gatsby-esque style. Opened in 1928 it has welcomed celebrities such as F. Scott Fitzgerald himself. Otherwise known as the Pink Palace, the hotel offers an outdoor pool, a private beach and a Kids’ Club for the little ones.

The Don CeSar has 277 rooms and 36 suites, all of which are bright and nicely decorated. Amenities include premium WiFi, a flat-screen TV, luxurious bathroom amenities, robes and cotton sheets. Plus, first-floor rooms are pet-friendly!

Enjoy a cultural day out at the Museum of Fine Arts, or spend the day practising your swing on the golf course. Other trips include cycling along the Pinellas Trail and chilling at Fort DeSoto County Park.

Enjoy seafood at The Rowe Bar, one of the hotel’s 2 restaurants, or stay in and take advantage of the 24-hour room service. Snacks are also available at the coffee shop/café. Relax with a refreshing drink from the poolside bar or one of the 2 bars/lounges. Full breakfasts are available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM for a fee.
